Do I need to be present during the clean?

No. Most tenants arrange key access with us or their letting agent and collect keys once the clean is complete. You're welcome to be present if you'd prefer.

How long does an end of tenancy clean take?

A typical 1–2 bedroom property takes around 4–6 hours with a team of two. Larger homes or properties with extras (ovens, carpets, windows) take longer. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you book.

Are cleaning products and equipment included?

How much notice do you need to book?

We hold same-week availability across all Cambridge postcodes. We recommend booking as early as possible around your handover date, but we can often accommodate short-notice requests — just ask.

No problem. Let us know as early as you can and we'll move your slot to the next available time that suits your handover date.

Do you offer discounts for landlords with multiple properties?

Yes. For landlords and letting agents with regular portfolios we can set up a portfolio arrangement with sensible pricing — get in touch and we'll talk it through.

How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in Cambridge?

Our fixed prices start at £95 for a studio and rise in clear steps by bedroom count — £125 for a one-bed, £155 for a two-bed, £185 for a three-bed, £215 for a four-bed and £245 for a five-bed or larger. We photograph the completed clean, and our re-clean promise covers anything within scope that's flagged as missed.

Do you clean inside the fridge and washing machine?

Interior fridge cleaning and a washing-machine or dishwasher descale are available as optional add-ons, quoted up front and added only if you need them. They're not bundled into the standard price, so you never pay for appliances that are already clean or being left behind.

Do you provide an invoice or receipt I can send to my landlord?

Yes. Every booking comes with a proper invoice you can forward to your landlord, letting agent or housing benefit team. Just let us know what details you need included when you book.

Can you carry out a same-day or next-day end of tenancy clean?

We hold same-week availability across Cambridge and can often turn around a next-day or even same-day clean, especially for studios and one-beds. Short-notice slots fill up fast around month-end, so call us as early as you can and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Do you also offer move-in cleaning for new tenants?
