Peace of mind

The re-clean promise

Booking your end of tenancy clean shouldn't feel like a gamble. Our promise is simple: if your landlord flags anything we agreed to clean within 14 days of check-out, we come back and put it right — free of charge.

14-day re-clean promise

"If it's in your scope and it's flagged, we put it right — at no extra cost."

That's the whole promise. No small print, no quibbling.

How it works

Three steps to a safe handover

01

We clean to inventory standard

Every clean is performed against the same checklist a landlord or letting agent uses at check-out — not a generic tidy.

02

Your landlord inspects

At handover, if any area within our agreed scope is flagged as missed, simply let us know within 14 days of check-out.

03

We return, free of charge

Our team comes back within 14 days to put the flagged area right — no additional cost, no argument. Your handover stays on track.

What's covered
  • All rooms and surfaces agreed in your booking scope
  • Kitchen degrease, hob and extractor, and bathroom descale
  • Internal window glazing, skirting boards and frames
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped to a streak-free finish
What's not covered

These are the normal boundaries every honest clean sets. They protect both sides — and they don't water down what we do cover: every surface in your agreed scope, cleaned to inventory standard.

  • Areas outside the agreed scope or selected extras

The promise applies to the rooms and tasks you booked. Anything not in your scope was never part of the clean.

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or staining disclosed before booking

We'll always flag these up front. We can clean and brighten, but we can't reverse fading, etching, or damage that was already there.

  • Dust and cobwebs that settle after we leave

Fine dust and the odd cobweb can reappear within 24 hours of any clean — that's air movement and open windows, not a missed area. Our promise covers the standard at handover, not what the property collects afterwards.

  • Mess left by viewers, contractors, or new occupants

If the property is viewed, worked on, or moved into after our clean, that's new use. We hand over a blank slate; what happens next is outside the clean.

  • Repairs, decoration, or tasks outside of cleaning

Re-painting, re-grouting, or fixing a broken seal are jobs for a tradesperson, not a cleaning team.
