Britemaid provides end of tenancy and move-out cleaning services in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. The scope of each clean is agreed at the point of booking and confirmed in writing before work begins.
All quotes provided via our estimator or in writing are indicative. A final, fixed quote is confirmed before booking. Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and any optional extras selected. We will always confirm the final price with you before any work is carried out.
Payment is taken in full before cleaning commences, which secures your booking slot. We accept bank transfer and card. Once payment is received, your appointment is confirmed.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a charge to cover the allocated team time.
Our clean is performed to professional inventory standard. If your landlord or letting agent flags any area within our agreed scope as missed, we will return to put it right at no additional cost. This promise applies only to the scope of work agreed at booking.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be granted and the clean cannot proceed, the booking may be chargeable. Any keys entrusted to us are handled with due care.
We take care to use appropriate products and methods for each surface. Our liability for any damage caused during a clean is limited to the cost of the individual cleaning booking. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the one that applies to you.
